I have more than a decade of experience representing represented the families of special education students in New York and New Jersey. In this capacity, I have helped parents receive funding for their child's private school tuition, as well as specialized instruction and therapies including tutoring, speech language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, and Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, independent evaluations and appropriate educational programs.
My law practice focuses exclusively on advising parents through the special education process, including the evaluation, identification and classification, the IEP process, and enforcement of rights.
